河内川上流に県営河内川ダムが建設され令和元年６月に竣工しました。ダムサイトには監視所があり、屋上からは雄大なダム堤体やダム湖が見学できます。今後、ダム湖の湖周道路をはじめ展望台、渓流広場、お花見広場、ピクニック広場が整備される予定です。The Kouchi River Dam in the upper reaches of the Kouchi River was completed in June 2019. It is managed by the Fukui Prefecture. You can take in the expansive view of the Kouchi Reservoir and the body of the dam from the roof of the Kouchi River Dam Observation Post. Future development plans include a road around the reservoir, an observation deck, a mountain stream park, a flower-viewing area, and a picnic area.
